    How you cook curry goat, mine keeps coming out pastey and my kids like yours better…… so embarrassing :o (

      Maybe you are using too much curry powder, try using a bit more natrual seasoning like garlic, ginger, fresh herbs and less curry powder and marinate for at least 5 hours. Cooking time is also vital (2-3 hours slow cook) don’t be afraid to experiment with different flavours, for instance why not try a bit of honey!!
