We will take you on a culinary journey that epitomises the Caribbean with our use of specific herbs and spices. Our foods are personally sourced by our meticulous Head Chef, who cooks all our foods fresh everyday.
We are family owned and run. Using a brigade of Chef’s whose cooking expertise was ignited at the knee of their grandparents! Learning authentic West Indian techniques and the skills of food fusion for a combined period of over 100 years – which is being passed onto our emerging team members. Our business acumen comes from a former ‘business person of the year’ whose successful management skills are self evident. This powerful combination has made Deep the phenomenon that it is.
